Permissions Modifications (v9.8)

This aricle details new permissions added to the system for version 9.8:

Permission	Description
BankAdmin	Allows access to the Bank Admin view
BankAdminSettings	Allows access to the Global Settings view
BankingAdmin	Allows access to the Banking Administration View
BankFeed	Allows access to the Bank Feed page
BankSummary	Allows access to the bank summary page
ClientBanks	Allows access to the Client Bank Account View
ClientBankEdit	Controls ability to add new banks or edit existing banks from the Client Bank Account View
RecurRecAdmin	Allows access to the Recurring Receipt Admin view
