When you draft a zero bill, on the header page you have the option to add a memo, however once the bill has been confirmed you cannot seem to view the memo anywhere. There is no audit trail within PE as to what the zero bill was for, please can the memo be viewed within the bill after confirmation.

Stacy Mendenhall On our zero bills, we can see the Comments (the Memo field when you draft it) and the Creator when we view zero bill. This may be a customization we have, but it is doable.
