There are a number of things that would make this page more user friendly:
1) - Where you have the permission groups listed at the top - can an All/ None button be added. Useful when you only want a couple of groups and don't want to remove the checkbox from all of the others.
Members refiner - can we add the ability to search by grade and show all staff within a particular grade?
Group List refiner - the user is displayed as the user name - this isn't always in a nice format. Can we add additional information into what is displayed such as the full name?
Dashlet permissions - can we add the tool tips like we have on the permissions refiner
