In addition to a posted status for expense claims, can we have a "Posted/paid" status?

  We'd like a paid flag independent of the status of the expense claim as claims can be paid in either the approved or posted state.

  At the moment I store the paid status in a table outside of PE, but it would be much better to have it as a field in tblExpenseHeader.
