A bulk edit option to select & update existing Jobs with related job template revisions instead of having to create new jobs from the revised job template.
If revising existing jobs via job template isn't possible, an option to bulk edit existing job fields, primarily tasks, would be useful instead of manually editing each existing job.
Good idea. If you are rolling over existing jobs from one year to the next, it is very difficult to incorporate changes to your job templates without recreating all the jobs, or editing them all manually.
Yes, Agree totally that bulk edit is needed to make jobs look at changes made to template and update accordingly. This is huge issue when we change the billing verbiage on the template but can't roll out to all the current jobs already there.
Please, please do this! Bulk job admin needs lots more choices!
Yes agree. I understand mapping issues when you get to making changes to Tasks and roles however properties such as Recurring status, Budget Type and Sync Budget with Schedule should be updated (or at least give you the option to update) at the time of rolling to match what the job template shows.
