This is an official request to change the main default v9.6+ build 'Assurance' menus and page headers to 'Client Take On' throughout the system. Assurance is closely related to some Services that many firms provide and the menu labels are confusing to many, especially those new to Practice Engine.

A name change sounds like it will be popular but I do not think that changing it to 'Client Take On' is quite the right name.
Reason for this is that area is also used to create new contacts - therefore changing it to Client Take On may cause more confusion of a different nature.
Perhaps we can have suggestions of a name change that will incorporate both Clients and Contacts???

Just to add more confusion you also handle prospects in the same area so it's prospects, contacts and clients.
I suppose "New Stuff" is a bit generic? ;-)
