Billing Instructions text field

This is an enhancement request.... I want the ability to update the billing instructions field in the billing wizard (that will in turn, update the billing instructions in the "client details" and vice versa. This way you can keep track of pertinent billing notes (while billing) without having to go to another screen.

Thus, I am looking for an automatic update of information going to and coming from the Billing Instructions field. This will allow us to utilize this text box as an ongoing record of client billing data (as to share) for transparency as well as accessibility for future billers to take over.
