When Drafts, Zero Bills, etc. are rejected by the Portfolio Owners they go back to the Current Drafts Folder.
There is nothing to indicate that the Draft/Zero Bills have been rejected so they simply cycle back to the Portfolio Owners.
Is it possible for a “Rejected” Folder to be created so that all staff/Approvers are aware of what has been rejected by the PO, please and that appropriate action needs to be taken?

Vicky Stephenson Official comment A notification will be added for the time being in 9.4/9.5, but a User Interface and Screen changes to accommodate this request will occur in a re-write of billing which is due in version 9.7 or later.
