Currently there is a build fee by "staff" on the A/R tab on the billing guide, would it be possible to add a build fee by "level" as well as a "rate".
Also, on the WIP tab, could you add a percentage option when you click on the add and auto-allocate?
We will look into this further when re-writing Billing within PE. We're aiming for 9.7 or later.
