  This feature has been added to the Client Ownership Dashlet.

  I am not finding the client ownership dashlet.  Do you have to be staff on the client to be able to see this?

  No, that shouldn't be the case. This has been added to the latest build of 9.3 and I believe that in the US version, the "Client Ownership" dashlet is named instead as "Staffing".
