We have had some clients tell us that they did not receive emailed invoices. We don't really have any way to confirm that they were received by the client. It would be nice to have some visibility into the email function that proves they were sent. Read receipts being added to the emails would be even better!

In version 9.3, there is now a page called Email Status.
The page will allow you to filter by email status and date range. Please keep in mind that the status is only based on whether the email was sent to your exchange server. There is no way for Practice Engine to know whether or not your exchange server sent the email successfully.
