Client rating in jobs lists

We would like to see Client Rating added as a column in the various jobs lists. This would be to answer the partners’ question of which of my top clients have jobs in progress.

Customisable Fields are available within the current version of PE 9.3.

Where do I find this new feature in 9.3? I was not aware we could add custom fields for jobs.
