Can the biller note field be expanded beyond 400 characters to 1500 characters?

Michelle White I would love to see the Memo section expanded from 150 characters. For certain legal or PO based invoices we need to have this area describe everything and the detail on the A/R tab needs to be sorted by Staff. We then need to finalize the bill and bring it into Word to doctor the information leaving the version saved in PE inaccurate.

Andrew Hambly I think we're now talking about 2 different fields in the billing wizard. For the memo field you might be better adding an extra line to the A/R tab after building by staff to record the large description you need.

Michelle White Yes, this is a different field. If you add a line to the A/R tab it will show a 0.00 amount for that line if you use a #2 invoice. If there is a way to add a detail line with no corresponding dollar amount that would be a big help.

Andrew Hambly That should be a fairly simple change to the fee layout to stop printing the value if it's zero. If you want that change made you could contact support and ask them for some help.
