Scheduling: Conflicts Dashboard

I would love to be able to use the Conflicts dashboard, but we will never be able to with it set up by day instead of week.  Is there a way to show staff conflicts by week?  With the conflict threshold being 55 hours from week of 1/14 – 4/15 and 40 for all other weeks?  That would not only make the dashboard useful, but cut down a lot of time I spend trying to identify those conflicts to report out to the group.
