Report Macros - Range "select all" returns a blank file

When creating report macros and there are report ranges the option to "select all" does not work.  When you use "select all" the reports returns blank.  Instead you have to uncheck the "select all" then "add all" of the ranged items into the report. 

This is not sustainable for the number of partner/client/bill manager changes.  Can this be fixed so the report macros are useful for speeding up the month end close process?
