Would it be possible to just be able to bill the WIP as a recurring fee?
So the "bill recurring fee" is set up to be the 15th of the month, but WIP isn't actually allocated until the end of the month
Then you create a Zero Bill, with the recurring fee going to a generic job and not an actual "set up" job on the client. Just a generic job.
