Adding the ability to select multiples from drop downs in Department Schedule

When selecting which office, department and grade to display in the Department Schedule, it would be nice to be able to select multiple choices from the list instead of only one. For example, I want to see both Associates and Managers, but not Technicians, or not Partners. Right now I can select ALL or select ONE. This would be true of multiple departments or offices as well.
