Show Jobs that can be rolled after Clicking “New Job” Button.

After clicking the “New Job” button can a window show other jobs available to be rolled.  We have staff adding “New” jobs and not Rolling existing jobs. This causes reporting issues for us as the previous job id is 0 and there is no connection between the jobs.
