Would it be possible to have details of what was changed and by whom - similar to the History tab on Jobs - when changes are made to Client Details? Currently, it just shows who the last person was that made a change and the date. We currently use the Notes feature, but we depend on someone manually entering that and it doesn't always happen.
Along the same lines, if we could have that on Staff Details (or at least a Notes section there) so we can track who has made changes.
More audit trails/change history in general would be great!

I agree that all fields would be helpful but in terms of priority the following fields are the ones I get the most questions about in Client Details: name, number, status, all the contact info, and all the A/R Collection info.
