Add column filters to job grids

Stephanie Hartje Lurie wants this as well. Right now everyone exports to excel and filters there because it's so difficult to search for a particular set of jobs. We want to move away from that because the excel file can be out of date within seconds! It would be even better to be able to create some saved views of the job grid (i.e., save your favorite filter selections). This is something XCM did that our teams really miss.

Holly Boullion This would be very helpful to have filters and to be able to save favorites. I would further request (and this is probably implied in the suggestion above) that the filters stay in place until cleared. For example, if you open a job from the filtered list, keep the filter in place when going back to the list rather than having to re-filter.

Michelle Harris This will be included as part of the Data Insights project that we have on the roadmap. We will then look to backfill it to the rest of the system

Michelle Harris We have just finished the first Filtered Grid that will be released shortly and will provide this functionality. Initially this is just on the Staff Jobs grid but will be rolled out to other grids within the system.
