Stephanie Hartje It would also be helpful to allow people to delete their own replies or have certain people who can delete any reply. We find that a note overall is still useful but the reply might be out of date and right now you only have the option to delete a whole note.

Tiffany Roussel I agree! Users should be able to edit or delete. Often times an error is simply made OR they discover something different upon further review of the job and need to change their response. Having this item be an additional permission would provide firms with the flexibility of allowing the action or not. Thanks!

Katie Olson Typically Yes. That being said you will need a way to allow a rolled forward note other than the original author in the case they leave or a new partner/manager takes over. Thus, this might be a decision by staffing level.

We have also added a permission to allow people to delete other people's replies. Users can delete their own replies
