We use both Tasks and Workflow Statuses but at the moment they are notlinked as they are 2 systems that perform 2 separate functions:
- Tasks are for timesheet entry (and budgets) to log what part of the job is being worked on.
- Workflow Status tracks the overall progress of the job and is used to manage the team and the work in the office. We internally insist that anyone finishing each step in the workflow, must forward the job to the next person in workflow chain.
