When forwarding a job to a team member using the timesheet screen, if a note is added could that note be sent to the team member by email? Or you might even add a tick box to confirm whether an email to the team member is required. [Similar to the workflow in MyWorkPapers].
The follow up question is how this note would be saved on the job for future reference or to follow up the instruction to the team member. It is in the history but would be really useful if the latest note appears as a column in the “My desk” view.
