Prospects Dashlet

If a person is listed as the partner or has an opportunity role the opportunity should either show up on their dashlet or in My Prospects even if someone else created the opportunity. For example, if a partner's admin assistant creates the opportunity it should show up on the partner's dashlet without the partner having to find, and star the opportunity.
