Sync notes between rolled jobs

It would be great if notes could sync forward to all of the jobs that have rolled already if applicable based on the note status. For example, due to our billing processed we are having to roll the November jobs this week, but staff are just completing the September jobs. So any notes they are adding to September that pertain to Next Month or are Permanent is need to be manually added to the subsequently rolled jobs, but staff are not always aware the job has been rolled.
