Default a description to task code in time entry

Can a description be defaulted to certain time entry task codes?  This would be helpful specifically in the non-chargeable time area.

  Do you want the task subject to become the timesheet description or the task notes? Or something else?

  Option 1 - Duplicate Task subject into the timesheet description

  Option 2 - Copy Task Notes into timesheet description

  Option 2 would provide a way of turning it on or off for certain codes - if the task note is blank, no description would be added
