Ability to view/edit client DRS screen on locked clients

Our credit control department often still need to make amendments to the client DRS screen even if a client is currently locked. Could this page be made available to either all staff or just those in a certain permission group for locked clients. We of course do not raise invoices on locked clients but that does not stop us from sending reminders for existing outstanding invoices and ensuring our records are kept up to date - credit contacts etc. Having to temporarily unlock clients to make these tweaks is rather time consuming. Advised to log this as a feature request by Steven Thornton who confirmed there is no work around currently available (other than manually unlocking the code).
