Inactivate Jurisdiction at Date Calculation Level

We have multiple jurisdictions that are shared across Return Types and have recently discovered one that needs to be removed. However, since it is on a job (and we need it to stay there) we are not able to turn it off for that Return Type without turning it off for all Return Types. By adding an way to Inactivate the Jurisdiction at the Date Calculation screen we would be able to keep staff from incorrectly adding the Jurisdiction to jobs in that Return Type.
