There should be a feature as standard to bulk import debtor and WIP provisions in to PE on a monthly / quarterly basis.

We do have some Import Types that can do this. I will ask Professional Services to get in touch about loading these. You may need to contact Steve Thornton about how to use the Import Maintenance and Control pages.

They have prepared an import feature which was chargeable, the request is more that this should be a standard feature within the system.
