Option to Make Staff Grades Inactive

I would like the option to mark a Staff Grade active/inactive like you can with departments.  We are getting a new HRIS system and trying to make sure all our terminology for grades, departments, etc. match. We have some historic grades that were used on employees who are no longer with the firm so they cannot be deleted but we don't want to continue to use those grades going forward.
