Default VAT Tax Rates at Service Level

Much like default Charge Bands and Rate Types, please consider a default VAT Tax rate per Service Line that would supersede the rate set at the Client level.  This way, if there are Services that require Tax, they can be set by default for billing WIP associated with said Service.
