When an account changes partner and manager, the recurring bill ownership (partner and manager) is not updated to reflect this change. This creates mismatches and a need for data parallels and manual updating.

What happens if the partner and manager on the recurring bill is set to the service or job partner/ manager - if the client level is changed you may not want it to change.
This will need some thinking about. We may want to tie it to the Update Related Ptr/ Mgr setting

Shannon Hunter You are right Michelle - we do have some service where the PIC is different, so this would take some logic to make this work for 100%.
