Just a thought that we have had in our office: We (front office people or as we like to say "the front line") are entering notes in PE under jobs, ie: we make a note that we called someone on a certain day requesting info, remind them to pick up, etc, that kind of thing, it would be nice if PE would have a notification pop up when you opened the job that said "Hey..there's a note!" Unless you click on the Notes button, you would have no clue there are notes there. Same as in the notes area of All Client Details. At the bottom of that screen, you can click on View Client Notes, but, #1.. it's way at the bottom of the screen, and not sure if it's just my settings, but you actually have to scroll to see the button and #2.. unless you click there, you don't realize someone entered a note.

Janet Foster On this similar issue - when you enter a note when you are forwarding a job, it only goes into the client history. The person receiving the note does not see it when it pops up when they accept the job. It should pop up there and also be an active note so that you can at least see that there is an active note on your job list.
