100% agree. People have such a hard time narrowing their search that they just give up. I've heard this will be improved in the new version. I hope that's true!!

It would also be helpful to allow people to delete their own replies or have certain people who can delete any reply. We find that a note overall is still useful but the reply might be out of date...
